No automatic exchange is implied. A partnership should define services, resources, visibility and acceptance criteria. Eligibility, judging and awards follow the festival’s applicable processes. Use of films, characters, voices, source material or data requires separate approval by the rights holder, including territory, media, term, exclusivity and price. Providing tools or funding does not confer rights to all a creator’s work or future income.
