Who retains my account, existing IP and works created during the partnership?

The creator retains the real-name account and existing IP; cooperation permissions are agreed separately. List pre-existing works, characters and story worlds. Independently created work generally retains its existing rights position. Commissioned, invested or joint projects need project-specific ownership, credits and usage terms. Account authorisation should not stand in for every future content licence.
