They may discover an accessible public page through their own search and retrieval systems, but publication or paid indexing does not guarantee inclusion, a recommendation or a citation. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Doubao, Qwen, DeepSeek and Yuanbao do not share one universal submission or accreditation mechanism.

Publish useful, accurate descriptions with a stable URL, a clear work and creator identity, version information, dates, approved answers and direct sources. Keep private contact details, contracts and unpublished files out of public machine-readable material. Make sure the page is accessible to the relevant search crawler and eligible for indexing; review sites marked noindex are not a search-launch substitute.

INDEX can organise these records and holder-approved answers. It cannot control another company’s model, guarantee training inclusion or cause an assistant to accept an unverified claim. Verify visibility in each service instead of interpreting a crawler visit as proof of citation.
