A city listed in a network plan, a past event or a proposed programme does not establish that a new event is confirmed or accepting payment. Use the event-specific official registration link and keep its confirmation. If the venue or date changes, follow the update issued for that event. Institutions wishing to host should use the Amazonia partnership route; creators do not need to become an institutional partner to participate.
