Where can I check the current number of INDEX records, and what should I count?

Check the current public registry at index.film and record the observation date. An old announcement, a search-result total or a curated gallery is not a live registry count. State whether you counted issued, public, active or revoked records and which asset libraries were included. Different versions of one asset are not necessarily different films, and films, workflows, characters and worlds should not be added together and described as a film count. Do not infer sales, copyright ownership or festival selection from a registry total.
