What is the Amazonia Program, and how does it relate to “Partners”?

The HKAIIFF Amazonia Program, announced 20 July 2026, is the festival's partnership program — an ecosystem as symbiotic and abundant as the Amazon rainforest — open to copyright platforms, distributors, financing institutions, AI technology companies, production companies, academic institutions and city organisations, covering index integration, market collaboration, city-station hosting and talent development. It is the festival's overall partnership programme; hosting a hackathon city station, joining as a partner or sponsor in one of six tiers, and serving as a city jury member or mentor are all routes into that one programme.
